Requirements for Delivery of sponsor benefits:
- To be included in any print/electronic media benefit, the sponsor must provide an electronic, scalable logo or proposed artwork in a .png or .jpeg format by close of business on October 9 to friends@fryingpanpark.org.
- Sponsor banner will be displayed on the barn of the Park’s choosing by race day and will remain posted through 2026.
- Payment can be made via the form at https://friendsoffryingpanfarmpark.salsalabs.org/nascow2026
- Vouchers for Holiday Lights will be sent to the sponsor-provided email. The voucher is redeemable for tickets at the visitor center during regular business hours.
- The Friends will organize with the sponsor contact any private evening wagon rides. Dates and times will be dependent on available staff and volunteers.
